Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: closed

Orders placed outside these hours are picked up the next business day. If your package is time-sensitive, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery takes 2–4 business days once an order is packed and shipped. Correctional facilities have fixed receiving windows, so an order that misses a window waits for the next one rather than arriving late.

We ship directly to the facility. You do not need to handle or repack anything — packages sent by a family member rather than an approved vendor are refused at the gate.

Prepaid Accounts

You can load a balance onto your Jahmaxx account and have your loved one order against it — when they send an order from JPay, the total is deducted from what you funded. See Prepaid Accounts for how to set one up.

If an Item Is Unavailable

Our fresh inventory turns over daily. When something you ordered is out of stock, we contact you first and offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value — and you are never charged the difference. If we cannot reach you before your order ships, we substitute so your package still makes its delivery window.

Returns

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the parcel being received. Perishable, refrigerated and fresh items are non-returnable once shipped, for the same food-safety reasons the facilities enforce.
